Our Customers satisfaction is our long term commitment. We guarantee that our products are delivered within the 60 business days. This delivery time does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days for small orders, and more complicated items 5 to 7 days.

  • Protecting Your Purchases from click to delivery.
  • If you don’t receive your product within the 60 business days, you can get a full refund.
  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described.(if your item is significantly different from the product description, you can 1.) return it and get a full refund, 2.) Get a partial refund and keep the item.
  • If you are returning the item you must pay the shipping back and forth for new item.
  • No refund will be available for just not liking the item.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control.
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of shoppingaholic’s control.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shoppingaholic.
